Shipping policy

Our shipping hub is close to the shipping carriers For You. We've strategically streamlined our fulfillment and shipping process to ensure your order gets sent out and delivered to you as quickly as possible. Find out more details regarding our shipping policy and processes down below:

 

Delivery Timeframes

Shipping times vary by location but, on average, take between 2-10 Business Days.

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders 7 (Seven) Days a Week. Orders will be processed within 72 hours from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

Shipment Tracking

We will automatically notify you by email when the product ships out and provide a tracking number to allow you to track your product while it's in transit. Remember that your tracking number can take up to 48 hours to reflect the shipment status after receiving it. 

Editing or Cancelling an Order

In-Stock products are frequently fulfilled within 1 hour of your order placement. We recommend contacting our Support Team as soon as possible so we can attempt to assist with your matter.

Shipping to a P.O. Box

Due to package size, orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box. The address at checkout must be residential or commercial. 

If ordering parts or accessories, and would like to ship to a P.O. Box, contact our Support Team for further assistance.

Unexpected Delays

Sometimes, the delivery can take longer than the shipping or processing times stated here or at checkout. Your time is valuable to us. Please reach out to us, and we will be glad to assist you further.

*For shipments outside the US, All shipping timeframes exclude clearance/customs delays, which can add extended delivery delays, and are entirely out of our control.
