We get it! Sometimes things just don't work out. That's why we have a 30-day return policy*. Starting from the day of your order delivery.
It's important to keep in mind that while we are happy to provide a refund for (almost) any item purchased, we are not able to refund your order shipping. You are also liable for all return shipping, taxes, and fees. We do not charge a restocking fee for returned products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package and your shipping options. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be received or processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately should there be any issues so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
*Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for clothing, apparel, The Scooter Hub Branded Merchandise, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Purchases for gift cards and sale items are final and not refundable.
*All items purchased under the "Scooter" or "Scooters" product section have a 10-day return policy and must be unused, with tags, and in their original (undamaged) packaging.
Exchanges
We want you to get the product you need as quickly as possible. That's why we recommend returning the item that doesn't work and simply making a separate purchase for the new item. We encourage you to contact our team should you require further assistance.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and update you on the refund status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your return, please Contact Us.
European Union 14-Day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
